July 8th is our BIG ultrasound ! We finally get to see the first glimpse of our child and also find out if we are having a boy or girl ! The time has really flown by ! I can't believe I'll be almost halfway through pregnancy by this apt.
If we have a girl she will be Amalie Claire if we have a boy he will be Ezra..... middle name is still up in the air. Ideas we have are Jude, Alexander, James , but those are rather traditional if anyone has any suggestions on middle names let us hear them ! I think we are both tired of coming up with middle names for awhile.
Picking out just the right name is tough, so many things to think about. Is the name too cute, will it be good for an infant and an adult. Will people mispronounce it their whole life. (and with a last name like Asbjornsen, we had to take this seriously) Will kids make fun of the name, example we were going to name our boy AMOS, but too many people said he will probably at some point or another (around middle school) be called amos the anus ! I can't do that to my kid.
We are in love with our girl name, but still trying to find the right boy name, but soon enough we will find out if we need to worry about it ! 21 days and counting
